IDEA Partnerships is a specialized development services company that plans, organizes and carries out all aspects of real estate development projects - from institutional strategic planning and policy development, to land use planning , financing, development, and property/asset management for knowledge communities and their technology parks.
IDEA Partnerships is the private development partner for the Oklahoma Technology & Research Park.
As development partner, IDEA Partnerships is responsible for managing and marketing the tech park as well as developing over 1,000,000 square feet of high quality space for technology tenants as well as incidental support uses.
Its principals are Ms. Eva Klein, founder and president of Eva Klein Associates, a well-known consulting company specializing in university and higher education planning and strategic thinking. The other principal is Mr. William Morlok, president of Morlok Development Group, experienced developer of high tech space. Their company, IDEA Partnerships, is involved in similar technology park projects around the country.
